Retrieve a meeting recording's summaries

Retrieve a video's AI-generated and manual summaries, newest first.

{meeting_recording_id} is a video-detail (recording) id; the response
covers every summary on its parent video, as {"video_summary": [...]}
(empty when none yet). 404 for an unknown id, 422 for a malformed
one (rejected by request validation).
