Remove one tag from a video meeting record.
Disconnects the tag id in the path, leaving every other tag
in place. Tag ids that are not currently attached are ignored (no
error), so the call is effectively idempotent. Success returns 200
with an empty object
{} — clients that need the remaining tags call GET /meetings/{meeting_id}/tags. Unknown request fields are rejected with
422 at request validation.
